Location is right off of beach drive and close landmarks include Stillwaters Tavern, Bella Brava, and The Ale and The Witch. Physical therapy is a medical, hands-on approach to relieving pain and restoring function. Physical therapists are medical experts in musculoskeletal and neurological conditions that help guide you and your body through the process of recovering form injury, enhancing performance, and injury prevention. Our physical therapists evaluate your movement patterns, identify the cause of your pain, and work to eliminate it. While every patient’s condition and pain is unique, your physical therapist will use a variety of hands-on techniques, exercises, and equipment to relieve pain quickly and restore your function to optimum levels. The overall goal is to restore pain-free mobility and function and to prevent the injury or pain from recurring.
Our Doctor of Physical Therapy will conduct a thorough 60 minute physical therapy evaluation, and with the most comprehensive evaluation in the area, we will find the true cause of your pain and evaluate you based on what your sport or activity is. If physical therapy is not best course of action, we will find the specialist or service that you do need within our trusted network of providers.
There are numerous great options for parking throughout the area. Although street parking is available throughout the area (**), visitor parking for our clients is usually available in the adjacent parking garage to our building. The address for the garage (should you want to use a mapping app) is 255 1st St N and only credit/debit cards are accepted for payment (no cash). Entrance to the lobby and elevators from the parking garage is accessed either at ground level or the 3rd floor walk-over. The lobby can also be accessed via the plaza tower courtyard. Once inside the Plaza building, please take the elevator to the 14th floor and look for Suite 1401: Alliance Regen and Rehab with the glass door. Let me know if you have any questions. If so, he will discuss options and suggest the most beneficial treatment for your injury and goals.

If Regenerative Medicine is not a good option for you, we will find another option or specialist depending on your needs.

Yes! You have the right to choose where you get physical therapy at. You do not have to go to the clinic that your physician suggests or the clinics that are only covered by your insurance.

Florida is a direct access state, which allows you to go directly to a physical therapist and start your plan ASAP without having to go through the headache of getting a physician to write you a referral.
