Physical Therapy in St. Petersburg & Tampa
A Personal & Performance Based Approach To Physical Therapy - For Elite Athletes & The Everyday Athlete
Alliance Regen & Rehab offers a favorable alternative to traditional physical therapy. No more of that boring physical therapy where you feel like just a number, the treatment doesn’t match your goals, and where results are hard to come by. Our sessions are an hour long and 1-on-1 with your physical therapist, so we can provide you an experience and results that are unmatched.
In utilizing a blend of physical therapy and performance, we are able to carefully craft an individualized experience and plan of care for each patient that alleviates pain, improves function, and enhances performance. A difference you can see and feel that is perfect for runners, crossfitters, busy entrepreneurs, and elite athletes, alike.
While traditional physical therapists are responsible for as many as 16-20 patients a day, we limit our movement experts to only 35 patients a week!

It depends on your injury, goals, and phase of recovery. Most patients work with us 1 time per week. Some patient’s see us 2 times per week and then taper to 1 session. We also give you a personalized home program and guidance between visits — so you’re progressing even when you’re not in the clinic.
